James Parker is the Managing Director of Rushmere Noach Incorporated.
After matriculating from Woodridge College in 1983, James went on to complete a B Juris LLB at NMMU in 1989 and did his LLB Treatise with Professor Henk Delport, focusing on the Property Industry. He also obtained a Diploma in Tax in 1998.
Upon the completion of his military service, he commenced articles at Findley & Tait in Cape Town before accepting a position as Professional Assistant in the property division of Rushmere Noach in 1992. He was subsequently admitted as an Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer in 1992, and became a partner in the practice in 1994.
James has extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of property and became the head of the Property Division of Rushmere Noach in 2002, with his main focus being Commercial Property.
In July of 2021 the Board of Directors appointed James as the firm’s Managing Director.
His hobbies include farming, golf, river activities, running, mountain biking, and their pets.
