In 2010 Liane was appointed as a Director of Rushmere Noach, which position she still holds, practising in the Commercial and Litigation Departments.
Liane has experience in High Court litigation, Magistrates’ Court litigation and Arbitration proceedings in various fields of practice, including but not limited to Administrative/Municipal Law, Construction, Collections, Commercial Law, Employment Law, Property, Insolvency, Debt Recovery and Family Law. She is also experienced in the drafting and preparation of agreements, such as shareholders agreements, memorandum of incorporation, lease agreements and sale agreements to mention but a few. Liane is further skilled in the preparation and submission of liquor licence applications, for all types including on and off consumption, and special event licensing.
